Job Title: Engineering Administrator - Project Coordinator

We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to join our outstanding R&D team. The Engineering Administrator position is a key administrative role in the R&D department, reporting to the CTO.

Responsibilities include:

The job involves assistance with project management up to successful completion and transfer to production. The Engineering Administrator will support the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) in project planning, creating milestones, monitoring project progress, updating, expediting, coordinating with other departments, and communicating with customers if needed.  

Requirements:

  •  Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent people skills is essential
  • Able to learn basic engineering terms and understand the basics of a bill of material
  • Must be a self starter and able to work with little supervision
  • Must be proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, Internet skills
  • Must have experience with milestone planning
  • Engineering Administration Experience is preferable
  • Education in project / business / technology administration is preferable
  • Candidates Must be USA citizens or permanent residents
