Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic manufacturing engineer with experience in the RF manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic multi-tasking team player with excellent analytical skills and leading qualities.

Responsibilities include:

Working with design engineers and test engineers to assure manufacturability of the product.

Support root cause analysis. Identify sources and cause of failure for corrective action.

Requirements:

• SMT experience

• Continuous process improvement experience

• SPC knowledge

• RF assembly knowledge

• Extensive testing methods knowledge

• Maintenance of manufacturing equipment knowledge

• Experience transferring products from R&D to manufacturing

• IPC-610, TQM and ISO processes knowledge

• Willingness to exercise considerable independent judgment
