Job Title: Production Manager

We are seeking a take-charge Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our expanding production. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, flexible, and able to adjust priorities and work load with little notice. The candidate must be a dynamic, multi-tasking manager with excellent organization skills and leadership qualities.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Key performance objectives encompass production planning, labor cost management, schedule performance and quality improvement. The candidate should be able to manage a diverse direct labor force of assemblers and test engineers (including performance reviews and hiring) to meet tight schedules, while maintaining high quality in a growth manufacturing environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Continuous improvement
  • Proven prior manufacturing management experience required
  • Multi-Task with high adaptability to changes in schedules when needed
  • Demonstrated success in motivating people and work team development
  • BSEE, BSME, IE; or a BS/BA in Manufacturing or Business
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to grow outsourcing venues as needed
  • Ability to deal with a variety of customized product lines
  • Knowledge of SMT process and RF electronics manufacturing
  • Experience with IPC-610, TQM and ISO processes
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing
  • Candidates Must be USA citizens
