Elcom’s products are designed and manufactured with reliability and performance as the primary goal. However, if warranty or service support is required, you can be assured that we will respond quickly to resolve any issues.

Returning a Product for Repair

Should any of Elcom’s products need to be returned for repair, you can be confident that the performance and accuracy of your repaired product will support your needs. During the repair process, defects are recorded while preventative and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence of future failures. Each and every warranty return undergoes a root cause analysis resulting in a CAR (Corrective Action Report), available upon request. Elcom maintains open communications with its customers during the repair process. Engineering support is available when applications issues arise.

Warranty

The standard warranty on Elcom Technologies products is 12 months. If a product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge. Extended warranties are available with additional charge.

After the initial standard 12-month manufacturer warranty period expires, repairs made will be charged on a time and material basis. For most products, an initial evaluation fee will be charged to assess the unit, and the customer will be advised regarding repair costs prior to the work being performed. Please see the detailed RMA procedure below.
