Small,
low-power PLL for digital, military apps
Elcom offers a series of
0.5 to 26 GHz phase-locked oscillators. These oscillators are used to
phase-lock microwave DROs to a crystal reference (10 MHz to 800 MHz range).
The MPDRO series requires only a single loop for phase locking, thus
minimizing size and power consumption. The units feature low phase noise,
low DC power consumption (<200 mA) and a wide operating temperature
range of -45° to +75° C. The device is packaged in a 2.25" × 4.1"
× 1.2" housing. The MPDRO units are suitable for use in military,
digital radios, SATCOM and instrumentation applications.
