Broadband Synthesizer
The UFS series is an ultra-fast, ultra-low
phase noise, high performance, broadband synthesizer, designed specifically
for ATE applications. The UFS series is based on direct-analog design
techniques combined with dds capability for fine freequency resolution.
the series is ideally suited for Agile Radar, EW and RDC systems where
low phase noise and fast switching speeds are of primary importance.

IBS Synthesizer
This three slot VME size, ultra high
performance, broadband synthesizer is designed specifically for ATE
application. The IBS series synthesizers are based on indirect PLL
design technology with internal DDS for fine resolution. this sereies
is ideally suited for ATE as well as radar and EW system applications
where broadband coverage, low phase noise, fast switching speeds and
reliability are of primary importance. The VCO/PLL design approach
realizes much faster switching speeds, good microphonic performance
and lower power consumption. This unique design architecture allows
for switching speeds of 10 to 250 us, combined with low phase noise
levels.

Clock Generator
This high frequency clock generator
for SONET systems offers low jitter of 21.4GHz and is a phase-locked
souce having high power differential sine wave outputs. The output
power is +25 dBm per each line of the differential output. this device
is intended for timing 150 to 200 MHz applications in 40 GBs SONNET
systems. The unit operates from a complementary PECL external reference
source such as a crystal oscillator. Phase noise of 21 GHz output
is <-105 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz from the carrier and non-harmonic spurious
are <-80dBc.

Broadband Synthesizer
Elcom introduces a 3 slot VME size,
ultra high performance, broadband synthesizer, designed for ATE application.
the IBS series synthesizers are based on indirect PLL design technology
with internal DDS for fine resolution. the IBS series has switching
speed of 250 usec (standard). Output frequency is .05 - 18 GHz. Frequency
resolution is 1 Hz (standard). Spurious is -70 dBc. Harmonics is -60
dBc. Sub harmonics are -80dBc. Output power is 12 dBm +-2. Total DC
power is 25 watts. Operating temperature is 0 to 50 C. Non opperating
temperature is -20 TO +85 C. Various options are available.

38GHz Synthesizers
A new series of dual-output
synthsizers from elcom technologies has been designed for use in high
capacity microwave and millimetre-wave radios operating at frequencies
up to 38 GHz.
The LCDFS series of
synthesizers freatures -108dBc/Hz phase noise as standard at 100kHz
offset from 10GHz, with an optional improved specification to -118dBc/Hz,
and guaranteed zero-phase-hits. This makes the synthesizer suitable
for high-speed data transmissions at 16, 32, 128 and 256QAM.
The LCDFS series has
a tuning bandwidth up to 1350MHz and step sizes ranging from 25kHz
to 10MHz. Output power range is +12dBm to +18dBm and switching speed
is less than 25ms.
Harmonic level for
the synthesizers is specified as -20dBc, and stability is +-3ppm across
the full operation tremperature range. DC power consumption is less
than 4W, and operating temperature range is -35 to +70C. The device
is packaged as standard in a 100x95x30.5mm3 housing, and other package
styles are also available.
